This home consists of a kitchen area, patio, Firepit, separate grilling area, large master bedroom with full bath, another full bath, laundry, and a double garage that has been transformed into a recreation room and media/business center.

The house is definitely warm and inviting. The living-dining-kitchen area is one spacious area with hardwood floors throughout, comfortable and quality furnishings, and plenty of amenities made for total relaxation.

• The kitchen is an open space with granite countertops and top-quality appliances, storage galore, and all the cooking utensils you can find at home.
• The dining area provides an amazing view of the backyard.
• The living room has a wood-burning stove. There is a 75-inch TV above the fireplace. There is also comfortable seating for seven or more.
• The master suite is a world into itself. The bedroom has a sitting area, large HDTV, DVD player, and plenty of storage. The bathroom contains a deep soaking tub, separate walk-in, and long vanity with lots of light and space.
• High-speed wireless internet is offered as an option in case you need to do a little work.
• The laundry room contains a large capacity washer and dryer.

The game room has an air hockey table, mini basketball game, fireplace, seating for 15, computer, printer, 100-inch screen TV with full cable channels, and a table for studying or board games. Toys are also available for visits with children.
