PRIVATE ROOMS: Living Clean and Inspired now offers private rooms to those who qualify. Throughout our network of sober living residences, there are a limited number of smaller private rooms for $750 per month and larger rooms (master bedrooms or larger rooms in the house- ≥ 720 square feet) for $925 per month. Please note, however, that a client must meet certain criteria in order to be considered for a private room, and that such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. Some key components in the decision process consist of: how much time sober they have, how active he is in their recovery, their work and/or school status, whether they are positive role models within their residence, and so forth.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

LIVING CLEAN AND INSPIRED DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Refunds are NOT provided for the following: 1) No-shows (for any reason), 2) Eviction due to our “Zero Tolerance” drug & alcohol policy, or other major rule violation, 3) If the resident chooses to leave on his or her own accord. In certain extenuating circumstances, Living Clean management may opt to offer a future credit as deemed reasonable, however, any such type of credit will be determined on a case by case basis.

Living Clean and Inspired requires that month-to-month tenants give landlords at least 20 days’ written notice before vacating their residents. The landlord must receive written notice of your move-out date 20 days before the end of the rental period. For example, if your rent is due on the first of the month, and you plan to vacate by 30th, then the landlord must receive your written notice by the 10th of the month. Be sure to get proof that you sent your notice to vacate by sending it EMAIL, FACEBOOK MESSENGER, CERTIFIED MAIL, REGULAR or REGULAR FIRST-CLASS MAIL and keeping a copy for your records. If you do not give your landlord a proper 20 days’ written notice, or if you stay longer than the date you gave notice for, your landlord can charge you for the following month’s rent.

DEFAULT IN RENT: When the tenancy is month-to-month, the tenant shall be liable for the rent for the thirty days following either the date the landlord learns of the abandonment or the date the next regular rental payment would have become due, whichever first occurs.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Security deposits are nonrefundable.

HOLDING FEES: Holding fees are nonrefundable.

BLINDSIDE DEPARTURE: If a resident moves in on the 25th of the month and then decides to move to Oxford on the 13th of next month, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Proper notice was not given.
